How much is The Pond Palace?
16" Pond Palace kit  Retail Price is $189.99.  Happy Fish linear air pumps manufactured by Alita are also available.

How much is The Pond Palace II? The Pond Palace II Retails for $39.99   The aeration kit complete with pump and air line retails for$129.99

What are the dimensions of the Pond Palace II? The Pond Palace II is 18" long x 13"wide x10" high.                                                                                                               

What are the dimensions of the Pond Palace?
All units are 29 inches wide, 16 inches long and 12.5 inches high.  The length can be extended in 8 inch sections to fit your needs.

Will my exsisting aeration pump work with the pond palace? 
Yes, an exsisting air pump will work with the pond palace. We recommend a pump with at least 2psi and 2 cfm, but that will vary with the depth of the pond and the length of the air hose.   

Where can I  purchase a pump for the pond palace?  
HappyFish sells linear air pumps manufactured by Alita that works well with all size pond palaces.
 
What if my fish are afraid of the pond palace?  
Don't worry, your fish will soon adapt to the new addition. We have had customers say it took from 1 day to 10 days for the fish to use it. Just leave it in the pond and your fish will soon be enjoying their new safe haven.                                                                                

How do I become a dealer?

What is your return policy?
If you purchased your product directly from HappyFish, please call our customer service department at 866-534-7472 to discuss your specific problem.

If you purchased your product through one of our retail dealers, you must return your product to the original place of purchase in order to receive a refund. Please contact your dealer directly.
